At Mahadev Plastic, customer satisfaction is important to us. Refunds are applicable only in cases where products are found to be defective or damaged during transit.
All refund or replacement requests must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with proper evidence. Customized or printed products are not eligible for refund unless manufacturing defects are proven.
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe as per company policy.
